ENTERTAINMENT VENDORS

The following listed Entertainment vendors/operators have met the University's insurance requirements for the riskier types of entertainment. As part of this process, each has already submitted a certificate of insurance to Risk Management evidencing at least $1,000,000 per occurrence of liability insurance, written on an occurrence basis, and from an American company. The Pennsylvania State University, Associated Student Activities, All Student Government Associations, All Resident Hall Associations, and All Registered Student Organizations including Clubs have all been named as Additional Insureds for the duration of the insurance policy without regard to specific performance dates.
Therefore, the only paperwork required is the Normal University Master Entertainment Agreement for the specific event in accordance with Policy FN11. In particular, no proof of insurance is needed by the individual campus for a listed vendor.

Additions or deletions to this list may occur at any time, so please check the list before finalizing your contract. Thank you.
