Systems and Procedures' Mission

Design of University business systems and processes to ensure proper controls and operational effectiveness
1. University-wide systems and processes
  - evaluation of existing systems and processes
  - development of new systems and processes to respond to new needs
  - re-engineering of existing systems and processes to better meet current and future needs
2. localized departmental systems and processes that interface with University-wide systems and processes
  - evaluation of existing systems and processes
  - development of new systems and processes to respond to new needs
  - re-engineering of existing systems and processes to better meet current and future needs
Provide consultation to University administration and staff regarding the use of, or problem resolvement of, University business systems and processes.
Documentation and dissemination of information pertaining to University business systems and processes.
Provide information systems that support the policies and business processes of the University, and the mission of Systems and Procedures.
